Explore a side of Florida you’ve never seen before, with a thrilling one-hour airboat tour. A visit through the Headwaters of the Florida Everglades will be the wildest adventure you experience. You’ll get an in-depth look at Florida’s unique wildlife in their native habitat. Explore a part of pristine marshland that hasn’t changed from when early pioneers settled in the 1800s.

Climb aboard a U.S. Coast Guard certified airboat and catch a glimpse of eagles, turkeys, wild boar, roseate spoonbills, alligators and other native wildlife. After your airboat tour, you’l also have a chance to explore the expansive Alligator Park where you can see more alligators up close, plus lemurs, sloths, zebras, and other animals native to South America, Africa, and Australia.

Meet Crusher, an American alligator weighing over 1,000 pounds, and watch a hands-on demonstration with some Wild Florida residents in the Exotic Animal Show. There’s also a Gator Feeding Show – see how high a gator can jump!

Drafts Sports Bar & Grill (“Drafts”) brings together the popular concepts of brew pubs and gourmet burger bars. Drafts features a variety of creatively designed burger, pizza and appetizer selections that are complemented by an extensive selection of draft and bottled beers, specialty microbrews, worldly wines and a wide array of alcohol drinks. Drafts is themed and designed to create a casual but elegant sports bar environment complete with high-definition flat screen televisions for broadcasting local, national and worldwide sporting events. However, the true emphasis on Drafts is pairing great comfort food with outstanding brews and wines. The breakfast buffet at Drafts includes eggs, potatoes, turkey sausage, biscuits and gravy, French toast and fresh seasonal fruit.
