Your Personal Concierge
Every Westgate Event is designed to provide you with true VIP treatment. In addition to luxurious and spacious resort accommodations, local transportation to and from your event and a special welcome party, you’ll also have your very own personal concierge throughout your Event getaway. Your Concierge will contact you directly prior to your event to see if you have any questions or concerns.
Upon arrival, we will ensure you have a trouble-free check-in and be your host at the welcome party and throughout your stay. Should you need assistance in getting theme park tickets, directions or if you simply have a question, look no further than your concierge. Our team is familiar with your resort, the surrounding area and the local attractions.
Meet The Team
Nick Palma
Nick was born and raised in upstate New York. After high school, he moved to Orlando to attend school and take advantage of Central Florida’s sunny, warm climate! Nick joined Westgate Resorts in 2005 and enjoys the challenges associated with the Events program. He also remains focused on his primary goal – “to ensure that everyone has a great and memorable time.”
If Nick is not attending your particular event, he is likely spending time with his beautiful wife, Ellie, and 2 kids, or enjoying one of his many hobbies. Nick is an avid fan of the Miami Dolphins and the Orlando Magic!
Jay Davis
Jay was born and raised in Laconia, New Hampshire. He moved to Florida in 1989 to escape the cold and has not looked back since. When Jay is not working on the events at Westgate you’ll find him spending time with his wife and four kids or on the golf course.
