You won’t have to take the midnight train to Georgia to see the seven-time Grammy Award-winning Empress of Soul live in concert. Now you can catch the iconic singer and member of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame live at the Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts in Orlando, FL.
The concert event is part of an exciting two-night getaway that features luxurious accommodations at Westgate Town Center Resort. Seating for the event will be in the orchestra. Knight began performing professionally at the age of four. In 1959, she and her brother Bubba formed the group, The Pips and in 1960, the group debuted their first album. The group was renamed Gladys Knight & The Pips in 1962 and with quickly went on to achieve icon status through the 1960s, 1970s and 1980s thanks to hits like “Every Beat of My Heart,” “Letter Full of Tears” and “I Heard it Through the Grapevine.”

Drafts features a variety of creatively designed burger, pizza and appetizer selections that are complemented by an extensive selection of draft and bottled beers, specialty microbrews, worldly wines and a wide array of alcohol drinks. Drafts is themed and designed to create a casual but elegant sports bar environment complete with high-definition flat screen televisions for broadcasting local, national and worldwide sporting events. However, the true emphasis on Drafts is pairing great comfort food with outstanding brews and wines.
