You won’t have to take the midnight train to Georgia to see the seven-time Grammy Award-winning Empress of Soul live in concert. Now you can catch the iconic singer and member of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame live at the Peabody Auditorium.
The concert event is part of an exciting three-night getaway that features luxurious accommodations at Westgate Town Center Resort. Seating for the event will be in the balcony. Knight began performing professionally at the age of four. In 1959, she and her brother Bubba formed the group, The Pips and in 1960, the group debuted their first album. The group was renamed Gladys Knight & The Pips in 1962 and with quickly went on to achieve icon status through the 1960s, 1970s and 1980s thanks to hits like “Every Beat of My Heart,” “Letter Full of Tears” and “I Heard it Through the Grapevine.”

Built in 1949, the Peabody Auditorium is a 2,529-seat theatre offering guests a chance to see concerts, ballets, Broadway shows and more. The venue is located in Historic beachside Daytona Beach and hosts over 50 live shows and conferences each year.
